Many of Cycle 2 Technologies’ activities are within reach of the developmentally disabled. That’s why we have chosen to partner with New Caney New Horizons, Inc. to provide work training opportunities.
Founded in 1992, New Caney New Horizons is committed to enriching the lives of people with developmental disabilities through training and life experiences that build self-esteem and promote personal independence at home at work and within the community they call home.
Cooking, reading and money management are just a few of the training topics offered in New Horizons’ Functional Skills Training programs which are designed to build the skills to enable each individual to live as independently as possible. Pre-vocational training builds skills that promote independence in the work place.
